The client may cancel the stay, but must pay a cancellation fee. The general terms and conditions apply.

1. 1 to 14 days before arrival cancellation fee is 100% of the total price for the stay
2. 14 to 30 days before arrival cancellation fee is 50% of the total price for the stay
3. Prior to 30 days before arrival cancellation fee is 10% of the total price for the stay

In special cases the hotel Kamei may refund cancellation fee.
Cancellation of stay must be notified to hotel KAMEI house in writing, by e-mail or by phone.
